🛍️ Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few extra business days. You will be notified if there is a delay.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer shipping across India with the following estimated delivery times:

📍 Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within India only.

If you’d like to place an order outside India, please contact us at support@easytokart.in and we will do our best to arrange it.

🚚 Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number (if available)

You can use the tracking number to check your delivery status at any time.

💡 Shipping Restrictions & Exceptions

  • Some remote locations may take longer than the standard delivery time.

  • During peak seasons (Festivals, Sales, etc.), delivery may take longer than usual.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier partners, natural events, or customs clearance (if applicable).

🛠️ Damaged or Lost Items

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

📦 Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • Refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy (linked separately).
